Our administrative overhead at K.I.D.S. is less than 2.5% of the total value of product and cash donations received… but our team of seven professionals tirelessly gives 100% day in and day out.
Dr. Janice Weinman, President
Dr. Janice Weinman brings to K.I.D.S more than thirty-five years of senior executive experience in a broad range of not-for-profit, policy development and public service organizations. Janice joined K.I.D.S. in 2003 and oversees the entire organization and, in cooperation with the board of directors, relationships with donor organizations.

Donna Charles, Chief Operating Officer
Donna has been with K.I.D.S. for fourteen years and, as chief operating officer, tackles the daily demands and challenges of bringing millions of dollars of brand name merchandise to thousands of children every year.

Chris Blake, Senior Vice President
Chris joined K.I.D.S seven years ago to oversee solicitations from product donors and to work with community-based foundations.

Lisa Goldman, Senior Vice President of External Affairs
Lisa leads K.I.D.S.’ development and cash outreach programs. She joined the organization in March 2011 and brings fifteen years of marketing, strategic alliances and development experience from the private and non-profit sectors.

Laura Belvedere, Chief Marketing Officer
Laura leads all the marketing, cause marketing, advertising and communications efforts of K.I.D.S. Laura brings more than 30 years of retail, sales, wholesale and marketing background to the organization.

Cristina Morais, Development Manager
Cristina prepares grants, monitors fundraising records and plans special events to support funding for K.I.D.S.’ operations.

Dennie Hughes, Director of Donor/Agency Relations
Dennie serves as the liaison between product donors and agencies receiving the merchandise. She monitors and communicates with the nearly 1,000 local community service organization in the K.I.D.S. network. Dennie comes to the organization with a background as a journalist, administrator and tv commentator.
