Our Team

"Ultimately, it's all about Relationships." That is the K.I.D.S. Team Motto.

The staff works tirelessly to ensure that every product donation we receive from our corporate donors is handled efficiently; that every foundation is reported to fully; and that every K.I.D.S. program in our partner agencies around the globe is listened to carefully.

Chris Blake

Chris Blake has served at K.I.D.S. for almost ten years. He is instrumental in creating new strategic partnerships, bringing in new business and starting new programs around the world. Chris is the chief spokesperson for the organization and aims to reach more children and families than ever with the innovative programs that K.I.D.S. is famous for. He loves bragging on the K.I.D.S. team and, at the end of the day, coming home to his wife and daughter.

Dave Cales

Trade Show Coordinator

Trade shows are exhibitions organized so companies in a specific industry can showcase and demonstrate their latest products. What better way for a charity like K.I.D.S. to meet new companies, discover new cause marketing opportunities, and collect product donations. Dave Cales is the K.I.D.S. representative at trade shows around the country. He also coordinates hundreds of K.I.D.S. volunteers in the cities that host these trade shows. He is instrumental in our disaster relief response efforts. When he is not traveling, you will find him working with young people at his church or at home with his wife, two sons and a rambunctious dog.

Ronneak Lee

Executive Assistant

Ronneak supports Chris and Donna with diligently managing the Administrative flow of K.I.D.S. She also works on Cooperate giving and fundraising; maintaining relationships between K.I.D.S., donors and agencies. She also works on finding placement for donations, which she loves, because, for her, it represents giving back to communities that reflect her own impoverished and humble beginnings. It also reminds her and continues to give her hope for others, that where you begin, doesn’t have to be where you stay. In addition to Ronneak’s position as an EA at K.I.D.S., she faithfully, lovingly and compassionately serves as a Minister, in Harlem, NY. She is intentional about making time to do other things that she loves, which includes: traveling, acting and creating unique but simple recipes for delicious food.
